The number of burners desired is entirely dependent on your personal cooking style and the number of people you’re cooking for.  An important advantage of our cooking system is the spacious set up of the burners:  in contrast with traditional cooktops, with CHEFF cooking it's possible to use all the burners at the same time.  Even with large diameter pots and pans.

An essential basic part of the PITT cooking system is the windproof: the round piece on which the grate rests.  This part is multifunctional: not only does it draw the heat of the flames upward but it also serves as a catch tray.  Thanks to the large diameter of the burners most of a boil over and/or spatter will land on the heat shield.  It is easy to clean with a cloth.

All units in our assortment are mounted onto an established module with a predetermined gas connection. The module is positioned from beneath through cutouts and secured from above by screwing it to the burners by means of the heat shields.  Two joists are supplied and are mounted  to the inside of the kitchen cabinets to provide support to the underside of the module.

It depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. Usually we can ship within 7-15 days for small quantity,and about 30 days , for large quantity after artworks have been confirmed.

Working time for safety device

Poor quality safety device.--- If the safety device is not good quality, the spring of the solenoid valve does not return to its original position or the coil of the solenoid vale is burnt. It will take long time for the safety device to cut off the gas . CHEFF pay much attention on the safety of the gas hob, all the safety device we used are high quality types. The safety device can cut off the gas in 5-15 seconds . It much less than the universal standard .

ignite the gas hob problem

(1) No gas supply --If the gas hob cannot igniting,please check whether there is gas supply. Turn on the gas cylinder and make sure the flexible gas hose is not blocked.(2) Spark electrode was damaged ,dirty or out of position-- The spark electrode produces spark to ignite the gas, please make sure it is in good condition, clean and in right position(the distance between the spark pin and flame hole should be around 3.5-5mm).

Lead time for sample

For existing models , usually need 7 days to prepare the sample . For new product , it will require about  21 days . If need develop mold , the delivery time will be 30 days-45 days .

About the life time for the ignition valves

CHEFF ignition valves can be ignited more than 50,000 times. They will be strictly tested before shipment.

About how to charge sample cost

We usually charge for sample cost from customer. The sample charge will return back to customer after place mass order in future.
